There are a growing variety of reports throughout the web of Google Advertisements accounts supervisors threatening to get in touch with customers directly, in spite of not being enabled to.
According to the reports, companies who don’t respond to emails from Google Advertisements account supervisors are being met with dangers from Google representatives to contact customers straight.
In many cases, the Google Advertisements account managers call clients and inform them to drop their companies.
There are two things to explain here:
- Agencies are not required to speak to Google associates
- At no point ought to a Google Ads account supervisor call a company’s client

Throughout October, reports circulated on Reddit of Google associates engaging in similar practices. One Reddit user published a screenshot of an email gotten by a Google Advertisements Account
Strategist, which checks out: “I am composing to you one last time as a courtesy, because my honest goal is to offer you
value and advanced strategies with google ads and work with you carefully, to help you conserve time and make your customers more successful with google advertisements, therefore I am calling you for the last time to inform you that if I do not reach you, I will assume that you are not getting my emails and will contact the clients that I have been designated directly.”Another Reddit user has almost the same story, stating they
‘ve been “bothered”with daily e-mails from a Google Advertisements rep to get on a call and execute campaign modifications. Once again, agencies aren’t bound to speak with Google representatives or carry out changes customers aren’t requesting for. Google’s official type. Beware of these aggressive sales techniques. As long as you’re not breaking any policies, Google has no say over
